The Prince George’s County American Job Center Community Network is a collective of American Job Centers, community-based organizations, government agencies and faith-based organizations providing a full range of services connecting job seekers to training and employment opportunities in Prince George’s County, Maryland.   Built on a core Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act principle – PARTNERSHIP, the American Job Center Community Network leverages government funding with community resources and community connections to provide high-quality career services, education and training, and supportive services to the doorstep of job seekers throughout Prince George’s County.

Created by the Prince George’s County Local Workforce Development Board,  the goal of the Prince George’s County American Job Center Community Network is to increase the availability of resources and access of career services to Prince George’s County job seekers, ensuring they have the skills and qualifications to obtain employment in livable wage occupations along high demand industries.  The Prince George’s County Local Workforce Development Board would like to increase the Prince George’s County American Job Center Community Network to 75 access points by 2021.
